Ein neuer Dark Side of Islay, der vierte dieser Reihe
„DAILL“ ist „over 19y old“ – das heißt das jüngste Faß ist schon Volljährig – die anderen noch etwas älter.

Nase:
fruchtiger Rotwein, süßer erdiger Rauch, Stachelbeeren, Johannisbeeren, Himbeeren, Brombeeren, dunkler Honig, Datteln, Feigen, Rosinen, Kirschen ... dazwischen... Pfeifentabak, altes Eichenholz, feinste Gewürznoten
 
Geschmack:
kräftiger erdiger Rauch, Pfeifentabak, Leder, altes Eichenholz, feinherbe Schokolade, dunkle Früchte, Honignoten, süßer Rauch, geröstete Nüsse, Rosinen, kandierte Kirschen, Datteln
 
Fazit:
In der Nase enorm komplex - rund und ausgewogen.
Frucht, Süße ujnd Rauch harmonieren ausgesprochen gut. Dieser Whisky bleibt bis zum letzten Tropfen vielschichtig und ausgewogen.
